Just Making a Comeback

What happens when you go through a major life change? Easy! Your life changes in a major way.  Now, you can either roll with the punches or crumble like a weak twig from a flimsy tree. I'm going through a change that is propelling me to rise like a phoenix.  When I started this blog, I was married with three children.  One of those things are different now and I still have three beautiful children.  Yep...I'm separated from my husband and will be motioning to a divorce. And I've learned from some women ( a lot of women and men in fact) that you change with marriage and not always for the better. You lose yourself. Do things and accept things that you can't stand for the sake of what marriage is supposed to be.  But then what do you do if that unfortunate issue arises?  The same thing you did when you decided to be a spouse.....you change.  Some people cut their hair, move to a different state, associate with a different group of people and so on. 
This blog is the start of my change. My return to my true self.  More frequent posts. More in depth and culturally aware topics.  More fun and carefree topics for an awesome balance. So here I am and here we go. I don't know about you but I'm excited.  Oh, and the photo is of one of my favorite television shows, "Welcome Back, Kotter".  You see what I did there?  With the welcome back reference?  (chuckling to myself...I slay me)
